Terms of service

Agreement

These terms apply when you use goodaiapps.com, send an application, talk with us about the offer, or use the Good AI Apps beta. If you do this for a company, you confirm that you can accept for that company. Good AI Apps is operated by Bytefight Software Corp. in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

The product is in beta, so a feature can be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn. We still run the service carefully and keep the information in it safe. A signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms. Until then, these terms are the whole agreement about the website and the beta.

The offer is not a guaranteed result

The site invites you to ask for a free Good AI Apps account. The first 50 accounts are free. That page is an invitation to try it. It is not a quote, a warranty, or a promise that we will accept you, that a spot is still open, or that the free account continues without change.

Words on the site about replacing other apps, building on monday, or fitting your setup are invitations to talk. They are not a guarantee of a particular workflow, uptime, or savings. We can refuse a request, change the free plan, or close it before an account starts. Nothing is owed for a free account that has not started.

If we go ahead, the scope Will confirms in writing governs that account. Taxes and charges from monday.com, your AI provider, or a payment service are yours to pay. A later public plan can cost money. We will not silently change terms already confirmed in writing for the period they cover.

Cancellation

You can stop the beta by telling us. If a paid period was confirmed in writing, cancellation stops future charges. It does not require a refund for time already passed or work already delivered, except where the law does not allow that. Stopping the app does not instantly erase every copy in logs, backups, or monday.com.

We can suspend or end access, including during a free period, if the beta breaks, if we stop offering it, if you do not pay, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the service, another customer, monday.com, or an AI provider at risk.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your monday.com workspace, permissions, boards, automations, and the ChatGPT or Claude account you connect.
  • You will only give us data, files, and access you have the right to share.
  • You will review what the app and any model produce before you rely on it, send it to a client, or let it change a board.
  • You are responsible for your own legal, privacy, tax, employment, and record-keeping duties. The beta does not perform those duties for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the beta for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing. Do not attempt to break access controls, probe the service, overload it, or upload malware. Do not send us information you are not allowed to share. We may refuse, suspend, or close access when we think the beta or someone else is at risk, and we do not owe you the free months or any fee when we do.

AI, monday.com, and other services

The beta sits on services we do not control, including monday.com, ChatGPT, Claude, hosting, email, and analytics. Model output can be false, incomplete, or unsuitable. monday.com can change its product and break an integration. We are not responsible for those services, their outages, their prices, their data practices, their security incidents, or decisions you make from their output.

monday.com is a trademark of its owner. Good AI Apps is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with monday.com. “Independent of monday.com” on the site means that.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you already own. You give us permission to use information you share only so we can reply, set the app up, maintain it, train you, secure the beta, and meet the law. That permission ends when the work ends, except for copies we need to keep for security, accounting, or a legal claim. You are responsible for your content. We do not have to monitor it, and we do not adopt it by hosting or configuring it.

Security

We treat the safety of the service, and of the information in it, as part of the work. We use safeguards suited to what we hold, including limited access, HTTPS, and restricted credentials, and we keep those safeguards up as the product changes. The service is run to be safe. No internet service can promise that a break-in, an unknown bug, or a failure at monday.com, an AI provider, or a host will never happen. The disclaimer below is the legal statement of that limit.

Changes to a beta

We will try to keep the beta useful. We do not promise availability, a release date, support hours, or that a feature will stay. We can change, pause, or drop the website, the offer, or the app. During beta, that can happen without notice and without refund, except where the law does not allow it.

No professional advice

Good AI Apps is workflow software in beta. It is not legal, financial, accounting, security, medical, or other professional advice. Will’s replies and anything a model drafts are practical notes about your setup, not a professional opinion you should rely on without your own review.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, the offer, and the beta are provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, cost savings, a particular business result, or compatibility with your monday account.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytefight Software Corp. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, goodwill, data, or business, whether or not we knew the loss was possible. This includes losses from model output, a monday.com change, a provider outage, a security incident, your configuration, or your decision to act on the beta.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims arising out of the website, the offer, and the beta is limited to the fees you paid Bytefight Software Corp. for Good AI Apps in the three months before the event, or 100 Canadian dollars if you paid nothing. The free months count as nothing paid.

These limits are a basic part of the beta. The beta would not be offered on these public terms without them. They apply to every legal theory. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for conduct the law does not let us waive.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless Bytefight Software Corp. and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your content, your monday workspace, your AI accounts, your client relationships, your misuse of the beta, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or someone else’s rights. We may control the defence of a claim that this indemnity covers, and you will cooperate.

Disputes

Email [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve a dispute before you start a formal claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to them. To the extent permitted by law, you will bring a claim only for yourself, not as part of a class, collective, or representative action, and you will file it within one year after you knew or should have known of the event.
