Who we are

Good AI Apps is operated by Bytefight Software Corp. in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Questions about this notice go to [email protected].

Beta

The product is in beta, so features and this notice can change. Looking after the information we hold is part of how we run it now, not something reserved for a later version. We do not promise a named certification, or that every copy disappears from every backup the day you ask. A signed agreement controls if we later sign one with you.

What this notice covers

It covers goodaiapps.com, the application form, email and other messages with us, and information we handle while setting up or looking after the app on your monday.com account. It does not cover monday.com, ChatGPT, Claude, or any other service you use under your own account. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices.

Information we collect

• Application details you send us: company size, role, whether you own the monday setup, what you want monday to do, current workarounds, how fragile they are, who the work spans, a rough monthly cost, how you heard about us, and the email address for Will’s reply.
• Messages you send us, including support notes and anything you choose to attach.
• monday.com information you ask us to use for setup or maintenance, such as boards, items, columns, files, automations, and account identifiers needed to do that work.
• Operational data, such as server logs, browser and device details, error logs, and security events.
• Website measurements from Google Analytics in production, such as pages viewed and a general sense of how the site is used.

How we use information

• To read your application and reply.
• To decide whether the beta is a fit, set the app up, maintain it, and train you to run it.
• To keep the site and the app working, debug failures, and limit abuse.
• To understand which parts of the site people use, and to send product, billing, or security messages that the work requires.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, and security duties, and to establish or defend a legal claim.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not run third-party ad networks on this website.
• We do not intentionally show one customer’s monday data to another customer.
• We do not take on your duty to tell your staff, clients, or vendors about your own use of monday, ChatGPT, Claude, or this app.

Providers

We use other companies to run the beta, including Railway for hosting, Google for analytics, monday.com for the application board and for your workspace, and email providers to reply to you. If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, those requests go through the account you already use, under that provider’s terms. We pick providers for practical reasons. We do not control them, and we do not guarantee how they handle information.

Retention

We keep information for as long as we need it to reply, do the work, secure the beta, keep accounting records, and hold a reasonable record of what was agreed. Applications live on our monday board. Copies can remain in backups and logs after you ask us to delete something. We can refuse a deletion request where monday.com holds the record, where the law tells us to keep it, or where we need it to protect the service or defend a claim.

Security

We try our best to keep Good AI Apps safe, and we run it that way. Access to customer information is limited to the work in front of us, the site is served over HTTPS, and credentials stay restricted. We maintain those safeguards and improve them as the product changes. No internet service can promise that a break-in, an unknown bug, or a failure at another company will never happen.

Incidents

If we learn of an incident affecting information we hold, we investigate it, contain it, and give the notices the law requires. We also keep a record of what we found and what we changed. An incident can come from a provider, a stolen password, or a system outside ours. We do not promise a notice period beyond what the law requires.

Where information is processed

We are in Canada. The site is hosted in the United States, and providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere. Using the site or sending an application means you understand that.

Your responsibilities

• Send us only information you have the right to share, including anything from your monday boards.
• Give your own people any notice the law requires before we see their information.
• Do not send us health records, government identity numbers, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the application form.
• Tell us if you think an account, link, or mailbox involved in the work has been compromised.

Children

Good AI Apps is a business product. It is not directed to children, and the application form is not for them.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the beta, our providers, or the law changes. The date at the top is the current version. The matching public terms are on the terms of service page. For a deletion request or a privacy question, email [email protected].
